Kirsty Chaplin
Director
Kirsty has over 15 years’ experience within practice and industry spanning a variety of industries. Having qualified as FMAAT in 2018 and upon leaving a large tech firm as Group Accountant she decided to set up her own firm in 2020, aptly named Flourish, with the intention of supporting her client’s growth plans. Flourish now partners with over 150 clients throughout the Yorkshire region and beyond.
Outside of work Kirsty enjoys spending time with her young family, running and going to the gym and shopping & Lunching

Loren Burton
Director
Loren went straight into accountancy from school and studied both AAT & ACCA. She has worked in practice for over 15 years overseeing a client base in industries such as construction and hospitality. Loren joined the Flourish team as Partner in the summer of 2022 and focusses on client compliance and business development.
Loren lives on a farm and has a very active lifestyle with her young family, her 12 horses, 9 dogs and ducks & chickens

Millie Cooper
Accounts Assistant/ Office Super Hero
Millie joined the Flourish team in October 2022 and is currently studying AAT.
Millie is a great asset to the Flourish Team and handles client onboarding and supports the management team.
In her spare time Millie enjoys riding her horses and socialising with friends.

Joanne Rodgers
Bookkeeper/ Accounts Assistant
Joanne recently joined the Flourish team with 20 years management and bookkeeping experience in the leisure & housing industry.
In her spare time, Joanne enjoys spending time with her family, eating out and reading.

Outsourced CFO
Stuart Sharp
Stuart provides CFO level support to our clients on either a regular or ad hoc basis. This could be anything from a quick phone call to a strategy day or 3 year financial model.
Outside of work Stuart is a keen golfer & spends a lot of his time at junior football with his 2 sons. He also enjoys a glass of malbec, watching movies & listening to vinyl
